Created the go-to-market strategy and led a cross-functional team across marketing, sales, development and product to launch the first line of business with Oracle.   4. Led a cross-functional team of 20 to build and manage cloud-based SaaS platforms including Web Application Firewall and Content Delivery Network. Developed real-time and historical quality metric dashboards across multiple OTT devices and firmware combinations.

  5. Drove over 30% of ARR by defining global strategy and licensing for the CDN SaaS product suite with 140 million dollars in revenue. Owned product messaging, sales narratives, sales toolkit development, and field enablement.

  6. Established strategic direction for live and VOD content delivery, custom social integrations, and partner enablement. Directed digital media strategy, capacity planning, and partner relationships, serving as liaison between content owners and CDN providers. Negotiated complex technology licensing agreements with CDN, storage, transcoding, and customer support vendors.

  7. Closed millions in ARR, built high-performance sales teams, and developed go-to-market strategy with a focus on CDN and digital media technologies.
